"Hi this is David for Expert Village today we're going to be making pork chops with caramelized onions and smoked guta. Okay now that the onions are beautiful caramelized you see all the sugars coming out how brown those are. Even them on the pan, then you want to do is add your garlic that we've chopped already, kind of move those around now that you want to do at this point is make sure you keep an eye on it because the garlic can burn. Move that around get that in, and then for added color and flavor what you want to do is add about a tablespoon of sweet paprika. That's about a tablespoon now. It's going to add that deeper red color to it, it's going to be beautiful on the chops. "
