"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now we have the onions chopped and the bell pepper chopped we are going to complete what we call the Cajun trinity. This is celery; to complete it I'm going to go ahead and just take two of these, cut off the ends like this then you just split it down lengthwise just like that. I'm going to do two of those at a time and just run your knife like this again you want these about the same size as your other pieces they will cook the same amount of time. "
