"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now we have all the onion all diced up all ready to go, now we are going to do our green bell pepper. So what I like to do is cut this in half, go ahead and set anything on the side just like that. So if you have any ribs get them out of there although they can certainly use those and then take out the seeds you can wash these down to if you like. But this is good enough I like to use this side rather than this the knife slides off no matter how sharp it is. But just use this side, you want to cut these into strips just like this. See how much it's easier on this side than that side and I like to go across and about the same size of the onions and they will cook just the same speed. "
