"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now that we have our sausage browning up we are going to cut up an onion so make sure that you leave this end in tact. This will hold it together and I just go ahead and take off this end of it, set that aside. Go ahead and peel that just like that. What I like to do again is finely chop and just go ahead and cut down ways here. Just like this and see how the root end will hold this together which is great and then all you need to do is go along like this and just go right on down to the onion here. Here can hear that nice sizzle on the sausage while we are doing this."
