"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now we have the sausages all cut up into little quarter rounds like this, what we are going to do is add a little oil to the pan. Just about a tablespoon or so cause the sausage already has some fat to it but you want to get this started. So turn up your heat and we are also going to set the oven about 400 degrees to preheat because this whole thing will be baked later, so you want to get that started. Then go ahead and take your sausages, pour them right in. What you want to do is brown these up and it's going to take 5-6 minutes. You'll be able to tell as it cooks of course the sausages themselves are smoked and cooked. But you want to get these sizzling and get them browned and then we are going to add this to our dressing. You can hear the nice sizzle come up so just go ahead and leave it like that and you hear the sizzle. "
