"Hi this is David for Expert Village today we're going to be making pork chops with caramelized onions and smoked guta. Now our next step in our process to making these wonder pork chops with caramelized onions and smoked cheese is to season up the pork chops. I have some really beautiful 1" thick pork chops there from the loin. I like bone in if you like boneless that's fine too. But what we want to start with is a little I like to use sea salt but you can use any type of salt you like. And just liberally season them with salt, some fresh ground pepper and like to do that on both sides."
