"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuff pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now we are going to mix our seasoning mix together. So we said a couple of bay leaves if you like a little bit more you can, add our salt and you can also use your measuring spoon if you like I usually like to do it by myself by hand, but if you feel more comfortable you can do that. Then we have our thyme about 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of the thyme, we have our oregano and these are dried herbs so if you use fresh I prefer the dry but if you use fresh you need to use more. So this is about 2 teaspoons of oregano, here is our white pepper a teaspoon an a half of pepper, cayenne you can make it as spicier as you want I like to use just about a teaspoon and you can always add later and make sure cause you can't take it away. So make sure your spice level is where you like it, you can test it as you go through and then black pepper you can put a couple of grinds in. Then again you can add this later as much as you like this is your spice blend for your pork chop dish. "
