"Hi this is David for Expert Village today we're going to be making pork chops with caramelized onions and smoked guta. Now we're ready to get our oven ready and our stove ready to prepare the pork chops. So now your going to want to do is set your oven go to bake and we want it to be on 350 degrees preheated oven. And then we're going to need our frying pan to brown the pork chops and our vegetable oil, so you want about those 3 tablespoons in there. You just want to coat the bottom so you want a nice browning on the pork chops. So coat the bottom very well, were going to put this on high just to get our oil very hot to begin with so we want to sere the pork chops. And we'll show you how to brown to get them ready to browning in just a minute."
