"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Here are the ingredients and the recipe. So we'll need 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, half pound of andouille sausage, 1/2 cup of chopped yellow onion, 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper, 1/4 cup of chopped celery, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, 2 cups of crumbled cornbread, 1 cup of chicken stock, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 4 double cut butt end pork lion chops, today we are actually going to use boneless. You need 1 tablespoon of seasoning mix, 16 slices of bacon. For our seasoning mix we are going to need a couple of bay leaves, 1 teaspoon and a half of salt, 1/2 of cayenne pepper if you like more spicier go ahead and do that, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano leafs, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves."
