"Hi this is David for Expert Village today we're going to be making pork chops with caramelized onions and smoked guta. Okay you'll need 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 4 center cut pork chops, 1 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon paprika, 4 cup of sliced onions, about 2 large onions, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoon of minced garlic, 2 cups of beef broth, and 1/2 cup of smoked cheddar and 2 tablespoons of butter. The skillet large enough for your 4 chops, a measuring cup, some tongs, measuring spoons, a knife, a serving platter, a grater for the cheese, and a baking dish, and I propose putting on the aluminum foil as if it makes cleaner more easier. "
