Okay, here are the ingredients you’re going to need for your fettucini with shrimp and scallops; one tablespoon of olive oil, a third of a cup of chopped onions, a third of a cup of finely chopped carrots, a third of a cup of finely chopped celery, two teaspoons of minced garlic, three tablespoons of flour, one twenty-eight ounce can of plum tomatoes drained and chopped, two cups of chicken broth, half a cup of white wine, one teaspoon of dried basil, eight ounces of mushrooms, one pound of shrimp, a half a pound of scallops, twelve ounces of fettucini, fresh basil leaves and three tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
