"Okay now everything looks to be ready for us. So that's hot, that's hot. Use a spatula or tongs at home. I am so used to heat I just go like this. Now if I am cooking for myself I will use my fingers but if I am cooking for you I will use a spatula. I promise, okay. So our breakfast potatoes are looking very nice, okay and the poached eggs. They look like they are medium so wow, it is getting away from me with the Canadian bacon and number two, perfect. Alright time for the hollandaise put a nice scoop over the top and there you have it. Eggs Benedict with dilled breakfast potatoes, definitely a treat."
