"Hi, I'm Chef Donn O, and on behalf of Expert Village, welcome to my kitchen. Today, we'll be making a classic egg dish, Eggs Benedict, and then after that, we're going to do a variation of the poached eggs called ?Eggs Florentine." Along with these eggs dishes, we're going to do a side dish, which will be "dill breakfast potatoes." Very good, goes very well with the poached eggs, very fresh flavors. So, our ingredients are English muffins, Canadian bacon, eggs (both for the poached eggs and the hollandaise sauce), fresh lemon, lemon juice. I prefer lemon juice in my poaching liquid. You can use vinegar or lemon, just so you'll have the acid in the water - you're good. We'll need tomato, green onion, red potatoes, dill, red onion, fresh baby spinach, butter, and heavy whipping cream. So, we have all of our ingredients. Let's get cooking."
