"Our broccoli is ready, and so done to perfection, as you can see. I just want to drain off any of the liquid, and you can do it right in your pan like that with the lid holding it over. There's just a little bit of liquid left. I'm going to put it in this bowl here. Very good. I'm going to take our roasted garlic olive oil, pour that on top, and then require some good mixing. Don't be afraid to spend some time to get it all nice and evenly coated -- making some noise, wake up the neighbors. The broccoli is done. So we've made a complete meal here now. We've made broccoli with roasted garlic, kasha, and poached salmon. And keep clicking, and we're going to put together this feast and taste it right before your very eyes."
