"Okay, now we're going to start working on our vegetables for the sauce. Okay, so this is pretty much a garnish. It will go in the sauce at the very end. It's for color, of course, it will add flavor, but the color is a big part of it. So, green onions, all we need is the green. We don't need the white, so you can save the white end of the onion for other dishes. Okay, that's enough. Then we'll go with the tomato. Cut this end off and what I'm going to do is dice half the tomato. That's about all we will need. And we'll save this for later on. Okay? This is a really nice dish. The sauce is light and flavorful. Actually, what I was going to say, the sauce makes the dish. But actually, the sauce, along with how we are preparing the tuna, everything just comes together so nicely."
