"Hi! This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making Calypso Pork Roast and Island Fried Rice. The next thing I am going to do is add a little bit of Peanut oil to a pan and I am going to add the vegetables and I am also going to add 1 egg. I am going to mix up the egg; this is the scrambled egg part of the rice and we are going to cook that. The vegetables will get a little bit soft but I like to leave them crunchy. I didn't put the peas in yet because these are frozen peas and they are already cooked so I just want to heat them up a little bit at the end but I don't want to really cook them because for me, they will get a little bit too soft.
