"Ok now that we have our celery, carrots, onions and apples diced we are going to satue in a hot pan, make sure your pan's hot. We will add about 2 tablespoons of butter, doesn't have to be exact just enough to cook the ingredients. So we will melt this, swirl it around and over here add our ingredients. Lovely colors there lots of flavor. So we are going to cook these until they are tender. The best way to test is to check the celery, the celery takes the longest to cook. So we will let it saute for a little bit, test the celery. Once this is done we are going to bring it over to our stuffing we will add it to this. You can feel now that croutons are softening up nicely, once we add the vegetables we will be ready. Ok, we will let this cook for a bit. While this is cooking I will put it on low, we will get our pork prepped."
