"Hi! This is Dave for Expert Village and today we making Calypso Pork Roast and Island Fried Rice. Okay we are going to show you the ingredients that we are going to use today. Here are the ingredients for our Calypso Pork. We need one 2 pound pork loin, l cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoon of dark rum, 2 garlic cloves minced, 2 teaspoons of grated ginger, 1 bay leaf and we will crumble that up, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of brown cloves, 1/2 cup of chicken stock, 1/4 cup of light rum, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice. We are going to be mixing key limes and regular limes and that should do it. "
