"O'kay now our stuffed turkey is done. We have the breast meat sliced; we have the dark meat sliced. We have our gravy done and the wings are arranged on the platter. Now we are going to put this on the platter and see how it would taste. Let's get our gravy and that is a little hot, okay there is the gravy looking very good. Look how rich that color is, very nice. Okay gravy. Now let's set this on the platter right there, that would be good. Now for the dark meat, let's see if I can get this all in one scoop, probably not. There is one and two, the extras in there on top. Now for the breast meat on top. What we want to do is some shingle of the breast meat so what I will do is move this back and everything forward so we can show off the nice stuffing inside. Let's see one, two, three, four, five, like that and let's do it again on the other side, shingle it out, looking very nice. One last thing I think I will do is add a little bit of gravy to the platter, a little bit there, a little bit there for color, this is looking really nice. Now I'll clean up the bowl, okay let's have a look at this. This is our stuffed turkey platter. This took a half our to produce and get in the oven, another hour and 15 minute for the cooking time and 15 minutes for the set up. As you can see we have this really nice stuffed breast with the cranberry apple stuffing, very nice and tasty. I will put that back together and now it is time to have a taste of the best part."
