Turkey is still semi-frozen. That?s okay though. Cold is good. And this is really cold. Here we go. Still a little frozen dead center. Here they are. We have the neck, the liver, the heart. We are going to set that aside. Clean out the cavity real quick. Alright, done deal. Now, what we are going to do is, take the breast meat off, dark meat off, take the wings off. So first what you want to do is you want to feel where the breast bone is and you are going to."
