"Okay, the carrots and onions are looking good. It is very hot so if you are not used to eating out of a hot pan, use a spoon, blow on it. The carrots are tender so what we are going to do now is add the apples, celery. We will give that a little head start and then we will add the cranberries. Let?s mix this all in. You know what? I am going to add a little fresh parsley. That wasn't on my ingredients list but I am going to add some fresh parsley. The rest of the seasonings are there. I think this will be a good idea. So will that?s cooking. So what I did, I quickly rinsed off the parsley. Going to do a real quick chop here and just add it in. I think that will that will take all the flavors over the, well not over the top, but it will get us where we want to go. So, we get this. Add that. Now it is time for the cranberries. And we are going to have more than enough stuffing here. Usually what I will do when I am stuffing the turkey, is I will make the extra stuffing because a lot of the people like the dressing on the side. Some people like more dressing, more stuffing than meat. So I always make sure I have ample amounts of stuffing. Now, the ingredients are tender. Looks good. Now we are going to mix it with our bread crumbs. Bread crumbs, our croutons. It is very hot. What I'll use is a spoon. Not a good idea to stick your hands in there. Okay? So we will mix it up. And we are going to set this aside. And while the flavors are all melding here, we will get to work on the turkey."
