"Ok, now that we're finishing up here on the carrot, what we're going to do is clean a couple of cups of the cranberries, and then we'll saut? all of this off. Let's see here, the cranberries you can go overboard with them, because they will shrink. They'll get soft, so the volume will definitely decrease. Just going to wash these real quick. Ok, now we're ready to saut?. So let?s get our pan ready. We'll go with medium heat. Add about a tablespoon, maybe a tablespoon and a half of oil. Let your oil heat up. What we're going to do is add the carrots and onions first. We're going to let those cook for maybe 30 seconds, just to get a head start on the apples and celery, and then we'll add the cranberries last. What we'll do, we?ll lightly season it, season the ingredients, and then we'll mix that all up with our seasoned croutons, with the egg, chicken base, and water and there we will have our stuffing. Ok, so this is hot Let's add our carrots and onion. Ok, then we'll give this a minute to heat up, like I said, we'll cook for about 30 seconds, then we?ll add the carrots and celery. Once that has a head start, we will finish it off with the cranberries. Make sure everything is broken up. Looks good. Couple of apples snuck in there, but that's ok. Ok, we're going to give this 30 seconds to a minute to cook, and we'll start adding the rest of the ingredients."
