"For Expert Village I'm chef Danielle. You can cook them as long as you like if you want them crisper or not as crispy it is up to you. Here comes one more. Look at how great this look, you can see the shine from the olive oil. Now another time that you want to use your olive oil is right after it comes out of the oven before you slice it. You want to brush a little olive oil on your crust. After you brush olive oil on your crust you an leave it like that or you can add some Parmesan, maybe some garlic, possibly some crush red peppers. Like I said you are at your house so you can do whatever you want. Know that you can get your pizza off of your stone however you like, you can grab a spatula, you can just use your chef knife. If you want to use your chef knife you can, if you have a pizza cutter you can do that as well. Since these are rustic they are not in normal rounds shapes you can cut them however you want to. You can cut them just in half if you like or you can cut them in quarters, maybe you can do a little pieces especially if you have small children at home. I kind of like to cut them personally into little squares because they cool off quicker. By the time I get done cooking I'm still hungry I'm ready to eat. And if it is to hot I can eat it very well. You can pick what ever slice that you like for whatever member of family you like and before we go I'm going to show you a cute little garnish. "
