"Hi, I'm chef Donn and on behalf of Expert Village welcome. Today we are going to take a traditional dish and put a twist on it. What we are going to have today is herb roasted chicken. What we are going to do is fill the chicken with herb butter, roast it, it comes out so moist, so flavorful. You'll love it, in addition to that we'll be making pan gravy. Our ingredients are a whole roasting chicken, fresh herbs with basil, fresh dill, and tarragon. I'm going to start with 3/4 of pound butter, olive oil, tomato paste, salt, lemon pepper, and heavy whipping cream. The tool you will need is a piping bag or pastry bag. So let's get started."
