"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dan Head. Maybe the most important thing that I work every single time is a timer tonight I put 50 minutes on the clock when I started. We turned the chicken on 45 as you could see we had about a minute and a half and that is how I know every time one of the five minutes comes up that is when it is time and dress and bass and what have you. As I said we are going to place the barbecue sauce in a little while. This is the barbecue sauce, this is my handy dandy silicon brush my mother got this for me. Once we are ready we would just dip it in there and we would dress each of the drumsticks by themselves. We spoke briefly about the wood chips these are still soaking these are in reserved and that is for if we start to run out of smoke and we feel like we still need some. Which we may because the smoke is probably only good for maybe for 30-35 minutes and my wife wants me to cook vegetable tonight after we finish with the chicken. So we may need some more spoke and I got it here in my hand. "
