"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dan Head. Okay now so once your coals are ready make sure you are wearing your fire retiring gloves you are going to spread them out. For cook chicken we are going to do what is called a 3 zone fire, I'm going to spread these out only on one side of the grill this allows you to control the heat. As you can see we get the grill about half way cover we are going to pile the coals high on one side. So we got two or three coals deep on the high side and only one coal in the center what that is going to do that is going to give us high heat up on that side and low heat here with a nice big fat zone of medium heat in the middle. Now our coals have not all quiet turned white yet so we are going to do is we put the grading on to let it sterilize. The heat will sterilize it and we are going to use that and it is going to take about five minutes. "
