"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Dan Head. The first thing to know about grilling is never use lighter fluid, lighter fluid make your food test bad. So if you don't want to use lighter fluid you have to use one of these which is a chimney. Take two pieces of newspaper and don't use anymore because less is more here, just would them up, stick them out of here, then I personally use pure wood. You could use stop and shop pure wood which I happen to use and it is cheap. Put these in here, about full is about enough to cook for 4 and 6 people. As we see that is going to make enough coals and if you happen to need to add more or have a very large group you can add a little bit more later. But this is enough to get started. "
