"We've got our bacon over hear. Now we want to season our meat, just a little salt and pepper. Make sure you get it on all sides. I'm actually going to cut this meat because it's in some pretty big strips. Of course it's seasoning as I'm even doing this, it's seasoning on the other side because the residual salt and pepper is ending up on the plate so that's helping. I'm going to cut these in half. We're ready to sere these, nice and hot. Come on over and lets get these in and sere the pieces of meat."
