"Welcome back! Our lamb's done, our garnish is done. Now's time to plate up and have a taste. See our lamb? It has a nice, nice golden color... very good. Our garnish consists of the red onions, bacon, diced apples and hard-boiled eggs chopped. Little bit of chutney on the side. So let's plate this up. We'll add the garnish. Try to keep the colors in mind, color and balance. We want everything to look nice. Start with the apples, we'll go with some onions, maybe the bacon, diced egg, and then repeat. You just want to dress up the perimeter of the plate. And all these flavors together, the garnish... the eggs, the apple, the onion... everything complements the lamb and the curry flavor. It's very good. You have to try this. OK! Now here's our dish. Here's your curried lamb, prepared in the classical manner. We have our curried lamb, our garnish. Now it's time to have a taste.
