"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’ll be showing you how to make Beef Wellington with crushed Yukon Gold Potatoes and Haricot Verts. The garlic here, we’re going to chop it really small. Once again the same rules apply, you can put it in food processor if you really wanted to, I personally once again, don’t like that. But, you know, like I said each to their own. If I’m trying to make garlic paste, or if I’m trying to chop a whole lot of garlic really quickly I’ll do that. But you really have to keep an eye on it and you can’t really end up with a perfect result that way either, so. Just going to scoop up the garlic here, in my pretty little blue container, and we’ll move right onto mushrooms. Right, get this all done here. And another quick tip here, to get the smell of garlic all off your hands is to rub your hands on stainless steel, it’ll take the smell all right off and I, there’s a scientific reason why it does it and I don’t know, so there you have it.
