"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’ll be showing you how to make Beef Wellington with crushed Yukon Gold Potatoes and Haricot Verts. In regards to equipment, all we’re going to need today is; our oven, 350 degrees, we have a, we’ve got a saucepan here and I have a steamer insert as well. This little piece here that goes on top, you don’t have to have this but it sure does make things a lot easier. You might want to pick one up. So what we’re going to do is while the potatoes cook in here, we’re going to steam the green beans in the top part. We’ve also got a nice sauté pan here, and of course a baking sheet for the Wellingtons and a good knife is all we have to have, like so and with that let’s get started. "
