"Hi, Bill Lyons here for Expert Village and we're continuing on making our Ginger Miso Salmon. As you can see our salmon is already on the grill. We've got some nice grill marks here on this piece. Let's flip this over so that we get a nice even cooking on both sides. And while that's taking place, the next thing we're going to do is start getting our rice ready. You'll see the salmon is very tender, so you must learn to turn it over very, very, carefully because the salmon is a very delicate fish. Something you can do at this point, if you'd like to, is add maybe a little more tamari to it. That'll give it a little more brown, a little more nut flavor on it. At the moment let's just go ahead and keep cooking that. We're going to carry on with our rice now. Into our cooked rice, we're going to add our lime zest, our cilantro, our spinach and last but not least our green onions. Make a nice shot of lime juice. Make sure you squeeze the lime through your hand. You don't want the lime seeds in your dinner. And we'll do one more just for good measure. There we go. And then take and stir your rice and vegetables up. This is a nice alternative to just plain rice. You're getting your vegetables, your rice and a really bright flavor that's somewhat unique that goes nicely with the salmon. Once you've got that all stirred up together, like we have here, we're just going to take and put that back on our stove for a moment, with the heat and that will help to par cook our spinach. And there's our salmon, it's nicely done. We can turn this off now. In a minute we'll be back and we'll be plating up our Miso Ginger Salmon dinner."
