"Hi, I'm Bill Lyons here for Expert Village and we're down to the home stretch now on our Miso Ginger Salmon. Let's get ready to cook our salmon now. We've got our grill going like we spoke about. And we're going to take our salmon out of the marinade with our tongs. Great things these are. Makes our job an awful lot easier. Take your salmon, pop it on the grill. Get it on a nice diagonal, that way you get those nice glorious grill marks. And... runaway. There we go. Now you can cook this like I am right now with the top off. Or if you really want to cook it quickly, you can cook it with the top on. Whichever way you prefer. This will just take a couple of minutes per side. It's nice to get it evenly cooked all the way around. That way you also make sure that your salmon is cooked nice and lightly through to the center. Salmon is a delicate fish. You need to be careful so you don't overcook it. Otherwise if you over cook it, you will dry it out. Because of the marinade that we're using today that shouldn't be a problem, because the marinade has helped to coat the outside of the fish. And as you can see here, it's also giving it a nice color and a nice crust on the outside of the fish. This should be ready here in just a couple of minutes. We'll be back in a minute and we'll carry on finishing off our salmon and then starting to organize the rest of our vegetables in our rice so that we can move on."
