"Hi, I'm Bill Lyons here on behalf of Expert Village and we're making our Miso Ginger Salmon tonight. Now we're on to the next step. We've got our salmon in the fridge marinating, we have our rice cooking. Good idea periodically just to check your rice, give it a light fluff, put the top on. And we also have a steamer going for our snow peas. So in a moment what we're going to do is put our snow peas in here and then the next thing we're going to do is fire up the grill. Now you can either cook your salmon outdoors, you can cook your salmon on one of these counter top type grills devices now. Be it a George Foreman or this particular one. It's called the Griddler Gourmet. You can also do it in the oven underneath the broiler. These are particularly nice because they're quick, they're very easy clean up. The elements are removable, everything is right there to work with. So tonight, this is what we're going to use to prepare our dinner because it's real quick and real simple. And that's what we're focusing on is a quick easy meal. So first thing we want to do is turn our grill on. Start it just a little over medium heat. Next thing you want to do so nothing sticks is take a little bit of olive oil, paper towel and just dab down your grill. This works a lot better than the spray ons, because the spray ons the propellant will leave a sticky surface which is harder to clean. Olive oil will not. So we're just going to leave that. Let it start to heat up. And we're going to pop our snow peas in and get the snow peas going. There we go. In a minute, once we get the salmon going, then we'll start adding our spinach, onions, cilantro and lime zest to our rice. And then once that's all blended the salmon will be ready to go and then we'll be ready to go ahead and plate our meal. So we'll be back in a minute."
