"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village and today I am going to show you how to make Chicken Ala Cacciatore or hunter style chicken. All right now, for our garlic, I'll just take the garlic, I'll show you a really cool easy way to peel this garlic, just take your garlic, sit it upon your cutting board take the big thick part of your knife here, the flat part and we're going to set that right on top of it, anywhere, the sharp part here, we're just going to take our hands, put them on top of the blade, we're going to smash it down until we hear a crunching noise at which point we'll just have to barely do any work at all to extract our garlic from our paper. Saves you a ton of time, this one actually fell out of the paper while I was talking it out of the clove, I got lucky with that one, but this piece, it might be a little more difficult of course. And this way it minimizes your contact with the garlic so you don't get any, because garlic is really sticky if you are peeling raw garlic so when I cut the ends off, because that part isn't all that edible. All right, so now I'm going to take my garlic and I don't want to cut it too small, I want a nice visible chunk of garlic, something like that and since this piece is so large, and oddly shaped, I am actually going to cut it in half first, like this, to make it more in line with the shape of the other pieces that I have there. I'm going to give it the same treatment, there we go, so now I've got some nice big garlic pieces here so we're just going to take these and put these back in the container that I had them in and move on to my friend the onion."
