"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make Chicken a la Cacciatore or Hunter's style chicken. First thing we are going to do today is we are going to cut up our tomatoes. So we are going to have to take the stems off first. Just grab a hold of them, give them a little tug, usually it will come right out. If they don't you can always cut them out. There you go. So we are going to take our paring knife, hold it like this, because I don't have a tomato corer, and I am going to put it inside there at an angle. I'm just going to sit there and work it around very slowly like that, out comes the core. Pretty nifty little trick, huh. You want to be careful with this because if your knife's too sharp it will go right through the tomato and right into your hand and that would be bad. And so with these tomatoes we're going to cut them into a pretty large piece. So, that's it for that. And also, if you are wondering why I'm cutting the vegetables first, instead of the chicken. Because I want to use the same cutting board, I don't want to flip cutting boards, so if you do the vegetables first and your chicken last there's no issue of cross contamination. Unless your vegetables are contaminated but that is highly unlikely. So, just a little cut like this, you want to take these, just going to cut these in to eighths, as such. Line them up like this, they don't have to be too pretty because these are going to cook down in the sauce. They don't have to look perfect. There we go, each one is a nice cube like that. That's it for our tomatoes, let's go ahead and cut or chop up our garlic next."
