"My name is Brandon Sarkis, for Expert Village. Today I'll be roasting a pork loin. Okay, let's go ahead and go through the things we're going to need. First thing we're going to need is a yellow onion, medium size is fine. You're also going to need some carrots, three or four should be good. Let's see, red potatoes, you're going to need about one and a half pounds. These are kind of small which is why I've got like eight or nine of them over here. Let's see, you're also going to need some garlic. I've got three cloves here, four cloves. Celery, I've got three stalks. Three good sized stalks should be about right. Some olive oil, two ounces or extra virgin olive oil. I've got a two pound pork roast here, that's what this whole recipe's for so you can scale it up or down accordingly. You're also going to need a good chef's knife, a peeler, is going to come in handy, some butcher's twine is necessary. You can pick this up at the butcher counter. Let's see a half an ounce of fresh thyme here. We're going to need a half a pound of bacon as well, the fattier the better. Let's see, of course salt and pepper, got to have them for everything. We're also going to need a covered roasting pan of some sort, and an oven set to three hundred and twenty-five degrees. "
