"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Chopped Steak, with onion and garlic ju. We're going to take the onion mixture here and we're actually going to put the patties we pulled out of the oven right back in here. We're going to stir this up a for a bit. Get all of the juice out of the plate here, that's all good stuff, that's all nothing but flavor. Put that right back into the mixture, give it a little stir. Right now, there about a rare or so, maybe a medium rare. What we're going to do, is take and put a lid on these and let these heat up about five minutes to heat up to our temp we want. Then we're ready for service. So, five minutes in here on a nice low to medium heat. Like a three, four or five would be good. We're back now, I'm just going to take and place one of the very hot patties on the plate. I'm also going to see if I can get some of these onions to go right here on top. Of course the onions are steeped in the ju. The ju will actually kind of naturally fall down on top of the chopped steak. Let's go ahead and turn this heat off. What we have here is this really great looking chopped steak. I'm going to go ahead and take a fork and I'm going to push the onions back out of the way and I'll go ahead and cut into the side. Should be about a rare or medium rare. It's about a medium rare right now. You can see the onions and you can see the garlic inside of it. So it's going to be full of flavor. You can see we've got a nice brown seer on top. Also on the bottom as well. This is just a really, really great dish. It only takes about fifteen or twenty minutes to make it from top to bottom. Depending on the temp, if you want to cook it a little bit more, it could take a little bit longer. All in all, really excellent traditional American, kind of a diner classic. Kind of a classic American steak. Of course, you've got the nice soft sweet onions on top. Any way, well thanks a lot for watching this video. I appreciate it, and enjoy watching more videos on Expert Village. Until next time, have a good one and enjoy your food."
