"Hi, my name is Branden Sarcus on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to make chopped steak with an onion and garlic ju. To make our chop steaks today we don't need a whole lot but let's go ahead and make our list real quick so we can go ahead and get started. We are going to need a good knife something nice and sharp so that we can cut up our onions our garlic and our chalets. We will also need a cutting board, which I have right here. Something nice and spacious for cutting everything up. Obviously we can not get much done without a pan to cook the chopped steaks in. So I have a nice full-sized pan here with a lid. The lid is nice for when you are splitting the onions and also when you are cooking the beef and it will not splatter so much and you will keep some of that moisture in the pan which is pretty key to the recipe actually. I will leave it alone, I have a spatula this is to help us get the patties up out and to flip them over. So it is really important because you cannot really use your hands for that and you can't use tongues because they may fall apart. We have also got a bowl, this is to mix up our ground beef and our seasonings when we go to make the patties and we would be lost without a towel wouldn't we? You might need a couple of these, I just have one so I am feeling pretty confident today. But let's go ahead and get started with chopping stuff up and making these and moving along the way."
