"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to be showing you how to make Gourmet Duck Fat Fries. Okay for today's recipe, let's go to the list of things you are going to need. You will need two potatoes. This will make two servings. So two potatoes, you will need some rendered duck fat. You are more than welcome to buy this at the store or you can render it yourself. It is easier to buy it at the store if you can find it. You will probably have to get a specialty or a butcher shop to find it though. A little bit of salt and pepper. A nice big cutting board to cut your potatoes on. You are going to need a bowl to put some potatoes in the water to actually get them to rinse the starch off of them. You are also going to need a pan to fry them in unless you have a fryer at your house but I am just going to try to do it in a pan. It's not that hard. You are also going to need some paper towels on a sheet pan or cookie sheet if you've got it. You are also going to need to use a candy thermometer or unless you have an oil thermometer which you may or may not have. Knowing that, let's move along and start cutting up our potatoes. "
