"Hello, my name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village, we are going to be preparing fried Calamari. For our first step, let's go over the ingredients needed to make fried Calamari. First we need some squid. This is about 16 ounces. Then we need 1 1/2 cups of white flour, a cup of flavored bread crumbs, 3 eggs, some vegetable oil, some olive oil, 1 onion, a small can of peeled tomatoes, some fresh cherry tomatoes, some salt and some pepper, 2 small carrots, 3 cloves of garlic, some fresh parsley and 3 lemons. "
