"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to show you how to shuck an oyster and how to prepare them a couple of different ways. Okay, so our milk just started boiling. So what we're going to do now, we're going to take and quickly, whoa, move it off the heat, maybe a little more quickly next time. So quickly drop the oysters right into the milk, liquid and all. You want to make sure you get the liquid out of the oysters because that's just the flavor. Alright, and so now, a little bit of salt, a little pepper. And then, as soon as this comes up to a boil again, it's going to be done and we're going to transfer it to a bowl and top it off with our butter and we're good. So you see right now, it's coming back up to a boil. Give it a stir and we're ready to go. So, let's go to presentation."
