"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make sweet potatoes. Now we're finally ready to put the casserole in the oven. You want to have the oven set at 325-350 degrees. One thing nice about the casserole is that it's rather forgiving for both time and temperature. If you're in the middle of making Thanksgiving dinner and you already have the turkey in the oven, you can probably still pop the casserole in. Just keep an eye on it and make sure that the marshmallows don’t burn. Our oven is set to 350 degrees. Now we're going to put the casserole in. You're going to have it bake for about 25-30 minutes. Once again, the time can be variable based on the temperature of your oven. You just want to keep an eye on it to make sure that the marshmallows don't get too brown. That's your best indicator as to whether or not the casserole is done. Remember that all of the ingredients in the casserole don't need to be cooked. They're already at the texture that they need to be, so you're basically warming everything up and browning the marshmallows. Now we'll wait and see what happens when it comes out."
