"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make butternut squash compote. They keep telling me to stop eating because we have to film, but honestly it's this good. Cost and storage. Cost is very simple; this is a very cheap meal. Squash costs next to nothing, the fruits are cheap. Everything is pretty cheap, I'd say about six bucks this all costs and I made enough, if you made half cup servings you could serve twelve to fifteen people with all that I made, maybe at least twelve people. So with that said, this is a pretty easy side dish. Kids love it; it could be a nice snack or a nice starter. Storage just put it in a Tupperware and just put it in your fridge. You can eat it cold right out of the fridge. If you want to heat it up you can heat it up in the microwave, it's good. Like I said, open up a nice bottle of wine with it and share it with your friends and family and I hope you make it. It was fun making this for you today. It was butternut squash compote and my name is Rich Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, thank you for watching."
