"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make butternut squash compote. All right so then like I said this is your service. This would be for one I guess. A cup. But you know what? I made so much of that, that even at a cup you'd still feel six, seven people with it. It's delicious. It's like; you know I make this usually during Thanksgiving. It's another alternative to sweet potatoes. But the kids love this so I make it for them every year. I make it in the summer too because it's nice. Gracie's ready. She always knows when it's time to eat. This is beautiful. This is so nice. I hope you make it. It's really good. You could open up a nice bottle of wine and it goes great with any kind of red or Merlot, a Burgundy, Cabernets. It's all-good. It tastes real nice and it enhances the wine. So come back.
