"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York, City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make butternut squash compote. Alright, just mixing this up a little bit. Marrying the flavors a little bit. I see a seed. Just found it. Get it out. And last but not least we're just going to add a touch, about a teaspoon of fresh nutmeg, if dried nutmeg, excuse me. If you have fresh you could use fresh, too. Just a little pinch though. And that's it. We're going to get this ready for our oven. Alright, so that's it. We're just going to continue to mix it up. It's ready. We're going to cover it with some tin foil. We're going to put it in our oven for about 40 minutes. Okay we're just going to get it in our oven and we will see you back here in 40 minutes. Come back. It is beautiful butternut squash compote here on Expert Village."
