"Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Peanut Brittle. While we're waiting for that to cook, I?m going to show you how to grease the pan. Take a stick of butter, take the pan you?re going to use; it's pretty simple stuff and just go like this. You want to go anywhere that you think that whatever you putting on here is going to run out to. To be safe, am going to go all the way out to the edges on every side. Even though I don't think this is going to run out to there. Just in case. What this does is basically puts down a nice layer that keeps the item, whatever it may be, in this case Peanut Brittle from sticking to the pan. You got to watch out, because that's one of my hairs that just fell out onto there. There we go, a nice even coat. That is how you properly oil a pan. So let's go back and check on our Peanut Brittle."
