"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make Gingerbread. Alright, now my shortening is all nice and mixed up, so I'm going to go ahead and add my baking soda and baking powder in there as well. Let those get nice and mixed in. Now it's time for our sour cream also. So, let's give it another second, let this get stirred in there. Kill that and let's take our spatula again, don't even have to wipe it off, put our sour cream in there. This sour cream looks a little runny, so depending on how this comes out, I might have to add a little more flour in here at the end. We'll see though. Get all your sour cream in there. That's eight ounces so, okay. So let's get this in here. Let's get this started. This will really start to thicken everything up. So you'll let this go for a couple of minutes and we'll come back to add the eggs and more flour."
