"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make Gingerbread. Okay, let's see, the first thing you're going to need for this is, I need a table top mixer, I recommend something full size, hand mixers don't mix nearly as well, and you're going to need wire whip attachment which may or may not look like this one so. Something that looks kind of like this would work. You're going to need a spatula, ever so handy. Let's see, next thing, measuring cup, something like the two cup range maybe bigger. Measuring spoons to go along with said measuring cup, goes back here and a towel as always, got to have a towel. This is a non-stick rolling pin it's a little different from your regular rolling pin, it's coated in Teflon. It works really well when dealing with cold cookie doughs, warm cookie dough sticks just as much as a regular ones though. But since this is going to be a cold cookie dough, this should work just fine. These are actually pretty neat. We're going to use it to roll out the cookie dough and nice and thin on the sheet. Of course we're also going to need a baking sheet. This one's actually a non-stick sheet. It doesn't have to be but it just makes things easier to deal with and we needed something the cookie dough would fit onto as you roll it out. Also, I'd recommend grabbing a bowl, something about the size of this to put your dough in in the fridge and also a three hundred and fifty degree Fahrenheit oven would be very, very handy for these cookies."
