"Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to bake pumpkin bread. You have now your final batter, let's put it into your prepared baking pan. As you can see there's a little bit of flour that didn't incorporate, that's going to be OK. I'd rather have that than an over beaten loaf. Get all of the batter in there, kind of even it out a bit, get that all off your dough, I mean off your spatula. Get that dough in there, you see how I put that up there on the top - don't do that. Right, now, most people don't do this, this is my special secret, and everyone always raves about my bread, whether it's banana bread or pumpkin bread that we're making today. Take a little bit of brown sugar and sprinkle it on the top. They will never know it was there, it has a nice sweetness, and everyone will rave about your pumpkin bread. You don't have to put too much, as you notice I'm not really measuring it. I'm just fingering it on so that the whole top is covered. If it gets too heavy it'll burn so just a little bit, there, perfect. Make sure your edges are clean so it will come up and we're ready to go."
